The villa has two distinct housing units: a living room (see photo) and one to be completed in the finishes
In the first, it is accessed independently from the living area on the first floor and directly from the tavern by parking its car in the carral stage.
From the tavern you ascend respectively to the living area with separate kitchen (facing the south / east side of the house) and to the sleeping area.
The Vetta is a hamlet located about 650 meters above sea level, situated on the mountains of the right bank of the valley. In the first half of the twentieth century it was a refined residential neighborhood for the regular climatic frequenters, which can be reached as well as from the road from the village center, also thanks to the funicular opened in 1909. In this area you will find the "Caves of the dream ", Large underground cavities with interesting shape, remained closed to the public for a long time but now again visitable (as of July 30, 2011). The countless tourist facilities present in this area, which were once the flagship of San Pellegrino Terme. A project for the recovery of the funicular and hotel Vetta is being studied.
