Our secluded building site is so private we are pretty certain that if your moon rises, only the stars will bear witness! A roughed in driveway climbs from the main dirt road into the woods for about 700 feet. The various rising elevations create a wonderful approach through the wilderness. The rugged and heavily wooded lot is made up of a mixture of hard and soft wood trees, and has not been logged for over 20 years. In hand is a State wastewater permit for a 4 bedroom mound system to service a single family home. Clearing will expose Mansfield and Camel’s Hump views, and the lot is contiguous with the Camel’s Hump Nordic Ski Area. One possible elevation of the driveway could require blasting, but the Owner thinks that an excavator with teeth may be able to rake it out. With clearing and excavation site work, the building site can be leveled, but still allow for a walk out basement. Blasting is possible at the home site, but not certain.
