It is also five minutes from all commerce, services, bank facilities, offices, several Embassies and transportation in the eastern Providencia and western Las Condes districts (including the Tobalaba, Los Leones and the future Isidora Goyenechea metro stations), trendy recently inaugurate MUT Commercial center, the upscale El Bosque Norte neighborhood boasting fine dining, and the Sanhattan area. United Nations ECLAC compund is ten minutes walking distance away. It also has immediate vehicle access via El Cerro Avenue to the San Cristóbal Tunnel and the Américo Vespucio Norte Highway, with access in three minutes to the Costanera Norte Highway (westbound, Sheraton Hotel area), and two minutes to the eastbound and Kennedy Avenue (Lo Saldés Bridge area). Access to Santiago's Metropolitan Park is less than ten minutes walking distance, as well as the Sculptures Park, and the Bicentennial Park. Indisa and Santa María clinics, schools such as Saint George and the Lo Contador Campus of the Catholic University, among others, are all within easy reach, as well as downtown Santiago and the city's eastern districts.
