There are safety doors and burglar bars everywhere, so you can really relax and feel safe. A short walk takes you past the built in braai and to the balcony/ deck. From here one can really enjoy the sea view and enjoy the sun. With a sparkling pool close by, you can cool off as often as you like. The house is close to the famous BLUE FLAG Beach of Uvongo and ALL OTHER amenities you might require. As you enter the front door, the huge open space of the lounge/ dining room is especially welcoming with it's original parquet wooden floors. This area opens with a sliding door to invite the ocean breeze to dance through your home. The kitchen has lots of cupboard space and a separate, sparkling white pantry. At a later stage it would be wise to spend some TLC and money to modernize the kitchen.
The 3 bedrooms are spacious and 2 is en suite. The third bathroom serves for bedroom 3 and guests. There is a tandem lock-up garage and plenty of extra parking spaces.
