I am very pleased that June 2025 will mark the start of my 14th year as a broker with RE/MAX! Previously, I have been an insurance broker, registered investment advisor, mortgage broker, mortgage banker, and am a long time real estate investor. I have been married to my wife Brandy for 27 years and we are blessed with 7 wonderful children. We are both lifelong residents of Central Illinois, having spent the last 27 years living in Champaign and Piatt County. The primary focus of my work has been to assist real estate investors to buy, sell, and build portfolios of income producing real estate assets. I feel very comfortable working in both commercial and residential real estate asset classes. I have successfully mentored a number of highly successful real estate investors beginning with their first investment. I take only a limited amount of residential and commercial real estate listings and clients at a time to allow my existing clients the maximum amount of time possible to meet their goals.
