My business model is based on the core values of “client first” philosophy and business ethics that I've learned over my long career. I have held a real estate license for 28 years starting with the development of Harbor Pointe villas in East Peoria with Cullinan Properties and most recently leading a local real estate group for 6 years that consistently led the local market MLS in sales volume. Myself & Ryan Cannon combined forces in 2020 to form Ferrill & Cannon and are proud to offer a full menu that includes specialties in first time buyers, relocation, new development, and commercial ventures. I am proud that a majority of my business is past client or referral based and that I am trusted with their continued support.

My favorite part of the industry is working with all types of clients to help them achieve their goals. I am always cognizant to have an empathetic approach to clients knowing that this may be the biggest investment or change in life for most people and making them comfortable in this process is my number one goal.

As a past time, renovating homes over the past 20 years has been a continuing hobby for me and I find my keen eye for design and updating suggestions helps me with buyers and sellers by helping them to visualize what a home could be and how updates will impact the value.

One of the things I love is introducing new buyers to the Peoria area and to see the surprise on their faces when they see all we have to offer.
