Joy Hicks has an MBA in Finance and worked in corporate finance and project management for years. In 2007, she left Corporate America and began her own business remodeling historic homes. She has bought, renovated, and sold numerous homes in the Jacksonville area, mostly in San Marco. She has extensive knowledge on how to create a home out of any house and create spaces that we love. She understands home values and what updates will give you the most bang for your buck. She also has extensive experience staging home and getting them "buyer ready". She formed a team in 2024 with Regina Sooey, who has 20+ years in real estate and together they are a Dynamic Duo!!
