Jennifer Dilbeck-Guffin is a dynamic REALTOR® and founding partner of The Atlanta Sold Sisters and one of the southeast top producing luxury home experts. She obtained her real estate license in 1986 after completing her studies at Georgia Southern University. She is a native of Atlanta and was raised in Cobb County. She now resides in Sandy Springs. Jennifer spent 16 years as a contractor for large production builders, Beazer Homes, Pulte Homes and Centex to name a few. Her knowledge of new construction is vast from interpreting blue prints, field measuring, understanding the building process and communicating with field superintendents and construction managers. Her company was chosen as a vendor for the Atlanta Extreme Home Makeover show in 2005. She honed her construction skills by developing several subdivisions until the downturn of the market in 2008. Out of necessity, she was a quick study in the foreclosure and short sale genre, and as a fierce negotiator she was able to build a very successful real estate team with her business partner. Jennifer is an empty nester. She successfully raised three sons and married her soulmate in 2017. She is a lifetime member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors’ Multi-Million Dollar Club and a member of the coveted Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
