I’m Juli Dalton. As a Texas A&M grad, class of ‘81, I’m proud to call Houston home, where I have raised 4 children, taught classes for 10 years to homeschoolers, and welcomed 8 grandchildren.

My focus is to keep my clients informed and to make their real estate journey as stress-free as possible. Details matter, and I make those details count, both in contracts and in negotiations. Having a strong military influence in my family also means, as a family and as individuals, we never give up! And I won’t give up on finding my clients the home that best fits their needs. I once spent over 18 months working with clients who needed a multigenerational home. Imagine trying to find a compromise with three generations of decision-makers, each with their own specific opinions and needs. But we did it, along with a pool as the unexpected bonus!
