We are Business Community Partners within the USO Pathfinders Program & assist transitioning service members with their civilian networking & also participate in a military networking meet-up, #LinkedInMilCity on a monthly basis that allows veterans, active service members, military spouses & dependents to come together and build relationships to help with their transition & employment opportunities. Sheema is the Past Board Chairwoman of Confidential Government Solutions, dba LeftRightStep.org, a non-profit organization that provides Work Readiness Workshops, Career Coaching & Training for our transitioning service members & their spouses. She is also the Membership Director of the San Antonio Human Resource Management Association. We are actively involved in our community by supporting programs such as food drives for the San Antonio Food Bank and toy drives for Toys for Tots, candy & blanket drives for Soldiers' Angels, & through our Real Estate business we support the Children’s Miracle Network by listing homes as "Miracle Homes" & making donations in our clients names, where the money stays right here in San Antonio at the Children's Hospital of San Antonio. We also support the Susan G. Koman #FindTheCure with our annual #PinkRibbon Calendars.
