Chad Walling - RE/MAX North - San Antonio

I was born and raised in Juneau, Alaska. I moved down to San Antonio, Texas in 1999 where I was an elementary school teacher for seventeen years. During this time I was buying turn of the century investment properties, remodeling them and then holding on to them. This was a great education in and of itself. Most of my properties are in an historic district which I learned to navigate the rules and the process. All of my experience has given me a seasoned eye for the quality of a remodel, a contact list of contractors and a passion for helping people buy, sell or rent a home.
