Shahnaz was born and raised in Jordan At the age of fourteen, she and her family moved to the United States. In 1989, Shahnaz graduated fro UW-Milwaukee with a bachelor degree in Economics. She started a career in the Financial Industry. She worked in banking and held different positions with one of the largest banks in the United State(JP Morgan Chase). With over twenty years of experience in the banking industry mainly in the field of Underwriting.
