In the wake of the housing crash of 2007, the RE/MAX office he joined was left with just eight agents. David's offices have been honored multiple times as the recipients of the Recruiter of the Year award in Missouri, a testament to his commitment to fostering a thriving real estate community. Additionally, David himself has earned the title of Broker of the Year in Missouri three times, a recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field.
