With over twelve-years of experience in the real estate industry, Natalie’s indisputable expertise along with her energy and enthusiasm are what puts her at the top of her profession. She has extensive experience as both an independent Realtor and as a member of a team. For the past two years, she was the VP of Residential Sales and the Associate Managing Broker at The Fraser Elliott Group/The Firm Real Estate Services. This allowed her to further hone her leadership capacity in a team structure where she oversaw hundreds of listings along with some of the highest recorded sales ever seen in South Delta.


She has proven success with full-cycle residential developments and was involved with projects such as Soleil Terrace (2011) in Tsawwassen and Village Walk (2017) in Ladner. She possesses a keen eye for marketing and branding thanks to her sales and design background. She has dealt with a diverse base of clientele and properties, from first-time home buyers, to land assemblies and investment seekers to luxury waterfront properties and heritage homes. She holds her Real Estate Trading Services License (2010) and her Managing Broker’s License (2012) from UBC’s Sauder School of Business. The managing broker’s license gives her a leading edge in terms of the highly comprehensive knowledge required in understanding the ethics and code of conduct set out in the industry.
