Hi, I’m Brandon Schmidt, a dedicated real estate professional, devoted husband to Katie, and proud dad to my amazing daughters, Kasey and Jordyn. Our home—the Schmidt house—is filled with good energy, laughter, and strong family values.

After graduating from McMaster University, I seamlessly transitioned into a career in real estate, a path that felt natural given my upbringing. Growing up in a real estate family meant that dinner conversations often revolved around negotiation strategies and market trends. My father is a seasoned Broker, and my brothers, stepmom, stepbrother, and his wife are all active real estate professionals.

Beyond real estate, I thrive on competition—whether it’s on the ice, the pavement, or the game board. A passionate sports fan, I proudly cheer for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, Toronto Blue Jays, Toronto Maple Leafs, and the Atlanta Falcons.

Professionally, I believe in honesty, direct communication, and continuous improvement. I bring patience, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset to every transaction, ensuring buyers and sellers feel confident and empowered throughout their real estate journey.

Giving back is also important to me. Since 2019, I’ve proudly supported the Children’s Miracle Network, contributing to fundraising efforts for SickKids and other children’s hospitals.

I have been an active member of The Barrie District Association of REALTORS® and The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board since 2005, holding a Broker registration with RE/MAX Hallmark Chay Realty Inc. In 2023, I expanded my expertise into property management, providing full-service support—from first-time home purchases to tenant management. This aligns with my mission to offer clients comprehensive guidance and resources in all aspects of real estate.
