In order to respect the environment of the farm, and the height restrictions set out by the HOA for the buildings, a section of the property was hollowed out. The house in built over two levels. With views from every angle. You arrive on the secound level, where the bedrooms are situated, Four bedrooms, each with own unique design, each with an en-suite bathroom. Mostly showers but there are baths for those who simply must. A kitchenette has been provided for, for coffee in bed without leaving the level. The main bedroom is spacious with a walk-in closet. There is a play throughout the home of bricks, cement and stone cladding. Everything is open and airy. During the summer all the glass windows can be stacked leaving the whole area open to the surrounding bush. Aluminium windows and sliding doors for hassle free living. Beautiful wooden main entrance door opening in four sections. You then descend a beautiful staircase into the living area. Space and views abound. The lounge with fireplace, the dining area overlooking the bush and where one can see for kilometers. To the left, a stunning French style kitchen, scullery, broom closet and laundry. Outside there are the "maid’s quarters" or granny flat which is completely secluded with shower and views. Two interchangeable gas bottles provide the cook with fuel for creation. Two sets of double garages are set facing different angles to avoid a long line of garage doors. The one double garage is suitable for a caravan or boat due the the extra height of the doors.
