This prime piece of land is open and vacant there is nothing on it, but Eskom is within proximity and the surrounding farms have strong boreholes. It offers the perfect opportunity for development on a beautiful farm that is open to The Kruger National Park
The Klaserie Private Nature Reserve is open to the Kruger National Park, making it one of the great South African Private Nature Reserves. The Klaserie is adjoined by The Umbabat Nature Reserve to the east, and the Timbavati Nature Reserve to the south, both of which are unfenced and open to the World Famous Kruger National Park, here animals can roam freely across thousands of hectares of pristine African wilderness. There are no registered land claims in the KPNR.
The Klaserie Reserve forms an area of over 70 000 ha, but as part of the larger unfenced area it consolidates to form over 300 000 ha of unfenced, unspoilt wilderness area. The Olifants River forms the Klaserie’s northern boundary, to the west are privately owned conservancies.
Game can move around freely and follow their natural migration paths which means very little veld and game management is needed Limited hunting is carried out as good management practice. There is limited hunting, which is governed by the annual game census and takes place under strict direction from the KPNR management.
Many property owners have traversing agreements with their neighbours, which is something decided by individual owners. There are strict rules and regulations pertaining to issues such as development, protocol and any environmental issues . Only one 2ha camp is allowed per 856 ha, which controls the amount of commercial operations on this reserve.
