GENERAL INFORMATION Phakama Private Game Lodge is within the Dinokeng Big 5 Game Reserve. The first phase of the game reserve, a mere 18 000 ha in extent has been successfully implemented in 2010. Subsequent to the conclusion of the Dinokeng Land Incorporation agreement, Immanuel Wildsplaas successfully negotiated traversing rights on various properties, i.e. Pride of Africa, Mongena and the remaining extent of the farm Rondefontein. The traversing rights that Phakama Private Game Lodge has secured in the Dinokeng Big 5 Game Reserve is 3451 ha (which excludes any public roads).
