We also encourage agents to teach what they know to others by providing them with opportunities to share their ideas in monthly break-out meetings. These meetings give agents the opportunity to learn about investments, web marketing and strategies, business-to-business networking, and so much more. In addition, agents are kept up to date with a weekly update from Scott MacDonald, our Broker/Owner/President, via www.scottymacsblog.com where information on the local and national market is communicated with the agents through his blog.
