Bill Burns, Broker-Owner of RE/MAX FIRST had a vision to build a real estate company that would provide unparalleled customer service to his clients. To do so, he would only employ the best agents, with the best attitude and a personal passion to provide the very best in customer service. So, in August of 2000, Burns opened the doors of an independent real estate company serving Southern Indiana.
After three years, Burns needed to provide better tools and services to his agents so they could compete in this highly competitive environment. After months of research Burns began his search for a company that shared his vision and values. During his search, he learned that Dave Liniger, founder of RE/MAX International shared his same ideas and passion for a real estate agency that delivered superior customer satisfaction.
In March of 2006, Burns opened the doors as a RE/MAX franchise, RE/MAX FIRST where service is the FIRST priority. Almost instantly, RE/MAX FIRST began to achieve the goals and aspiration Burns had for his agents and most importantly for the customers.
