The property is located approximately 10 km outside of Randfontein.

Virginia Waters Venue Estate overlooks the beautiful valley of Hillside and within a short walk is a free fishing lake. Water is provided by a deep clean and plentiful well, and electricity is provided by Eskom via a private owned transformer offering single and three-phase power supply.
Rent:
At this moment in time, all accommodation is occupied, except the owner's fully furnished three bedroom simplex cottage.

The current income is in excess of R23,500 a month, however, another R7,000+ can be added if
the current owner's simplex is rented out fully or partially furnished.
*Note: There is a detached cottage on the grounds that can be converted to more rentable
accommodation, if necessary, at little costs.

Buildings, Amenities and Facilities:
In addition to the above accommodation, the following exists at the property:
1. Games Room: There is also a pull-down large screen for videos or lectures.
Gardens and Swimming Pool: The thatched cottages and manor house is located around a beautiful lawn and has within a few meters the games room, duck pond, thatched Lapa, flower gardens, office, library/prayer room and garage to accommodate up to 5 cars. (A car park area within the garden walls can accommodate up to 10 cars. Water is provided to all houses, cottages and simplexes via pressure and demand pumps and large storage tanks. As the main Water Well is located on an elevated part of property, gravity feed supplies of fresh water are possible to the grounds and fields to supply irrigation systems or water troughs for live-stock.
