He's experienced over 35 years of up and down markets in New York City and is a seasoned veteran of the toughest market situations . Cary sold his first apartment at the peak of the 1980s real estate boom and turned a 300% profit in less than four years. A few years later, he would begin managing and selling 30 apartments in a brutal market that was down 50% from its peak.
