My area of expertise is our Triangle area, but I have helped buyers and sellers in several locations around North Carolina. I specialize in working with first time buyers, investors, seasoned homeowners, and families relocating to this beautiful area. I am experienced with the sale and purchase of properties ranging from $100k to $2.5M. My license allows me to sell anywhere in the state of North Carolina.
Before obtaining my Real Estate license in 2015, I was a teacher for 25 years in New York City and in Cary, North Carolina. The skills learned over the years in managing a classroom have contributed to my strengths as a REALTOR®. Advocating for my clients while educating them in the process, maintaining their privacy, establishing trust, communicating effectively, along with a strong set of organizational skills have enabled me to make a seamless transition into the world of Real Estate.
I grew up in the Mill Basin section of Brooklyn, New York. My family was in the painting and contracting business. After moving multiple times in NYC, I relocated to this lovely area in 2004 and have lived in both Cary and Apex. I love helping people relocate to the area from other parts of the country. I certainly understand the stress of moving!
In my spare time, I volunteer to help cancer survivors. This is close to my heart as I am a survivor myself. With every sale of a home, I make a donation to a favorite charity: The Children's Miracle Network and the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. My hobbies include cooking vegetarian meals for my family and friends, reading, and exercising. My husband and I enjoy concerts and love having so many venues in the area. We have two children: an NC State graduate, a William Peace University student, and live with two Doberman Pinschers.
