Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Mary Pat has been a resident of the Lake Norman area since 2006. She and her husband, Paul, along with their Yorkie, Pixie, live in Davidson. They have two sons, whom currently reside in Durham and Charlotte, NC.
She has actively volunteered and served as a board member on various Homeowners' Association (HOA) boards over the past decade. She is dedicated to educating homeowners on the vital role of HOA’s in maintaining community standards and preserving property values.
