Hey there, I’m Terrill Carlson — making big moves in the North Georgia mountains, one home at a time.
I’m an enthusiastic RE/MAX agent based in Ellijay, and I’m here to guide you through every twist and turn of your real estate journey. Since moving from sunny St. Petersburg, Florida nearly      three years ago, I’ve closed over 12 million dollars in sales, formed lasting connections, and built a reputation for going all-in for my clients.

I bring years of experience in sales, stellar communication skills, and a tireless work ethic to the table — but it’s my commitment to relationships and community that truly sets me apart. Beyond real estate, I’m proud to serve as an Ambassador for the Gilmer County Chamber and Chair of Keep Gilmer Beautiful, where I’m doing my part to protect and uplift the community, I now call home.

I also recently launched a new real estate podcast, “The State I’m In is Real” — where we keep it real about the market, mountain life, and everything in between. It’s a space to connect, learn, and share real stories from real people making real estate moves in Georgia and beyond.

My wife and I formerly ran a successful foster-based animal rescue, but today, we’re channeling that compassion into a new mission: establishing a local Angel Fund to help residents afford emergency vet care for their pets. We're in the early stages of this effort, but we're partnering with a local ER vet clinic to make sure no one has to say goodbye to their best friend simply because of finances. All assistance will be provided anonymously — because dignity matters, too.
