Steve is Sanibel! Why? Since 1971, he has enjoyed and appreciated the "Island Sanctuary Lifestyle" Sanibel and Captiva have to offer. Living on Sanibel has given me the most appreciation and opportunity in raising a family, enjoying real estate, and being involved in the close community of our islands. We are truly one of the most special places in the world to live. The variety and uniqueness of our surroundings here make this one of the most treasured areas in the world. With family owning and managing commercial property in the Tampa By area, gives me the knowledge and expertise it takes to be involved in day--to-day real estate here on Sanibel and Captiva.
With my daughter and 3 sons, sailing, fishing and shelling seem like daily activities throughout the year. With a background in Spanish from the Dominican Republic, having family on the East Coast of Florida keeps me busy over there as well!
