Collette has worked professionally in real estate and relocation since launching her practice in 2010. She developed programs assisting clients across a range of real estate needs from first-time home purchases, new home developments, high-end luxury beach houses, estate homes, and investment properties. As a top producer, Collette held the title of Relocation Director for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Corporations servicing employee's relocation needs. These programs provided recognition amongst industry peers, inviting the brokerage to share their luxury listing best practices and market expertise at industry conferences (e.g. Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, Artisan Group). Collette’s national network of industry contacts is also an invaluable resource to her clients.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Collette spent ten years as a national sales professional at both Oakwood and Equity Corporate Housing. In this capacity, Collette worked with major relocation companies and Fortune 500 firms specializing in executive relocation services and was awarded "Sales Super Star" many times.

Collette holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Redlands and a Marketing Certificate from the University of California, Irvine. Collette is a licensed Realtor in the District of Columbia and California.
