Brian spent 25 years in many areas of the Air Force but took an 11-year break from the military and went to work for Boeing, Microsoft, and Apple. When 9/11 happened, he decided to go back in and serve his country. During this time is when Brian and Kathleen met. Shortly thereafter they married, and quickly became a family of five. About 6 years later, Brian received word that he was going to be deployed to the Middle East. This couldn’t have come at a worse time; with both Kathleens parents being ill. While Brian was away, he made sure that he was able to communicate back home daily. This was very comforting to Kathleen as she not only could make sure her husband was safe but could give updates to him about their family.
After Brian returned home to the states, the hunt began for their new home. This took several months but finally they found the home that met their needs. In 2017, Kathleen sold her childhood home. They also closed on their new home and in the middle of 2017, they were all moved in together.
