Even back then, his “side hustle”, as we now know it, was the renovation and flipping of residential homes, as well as the acquisition of long and short term rentals.
With experience comes wisdom, and David has learned that a fulfilling life is a balanced one. So when client care is complete, he directs his energy towards his two wonderful kids Scott and McKenzie. Loving them and living large is what gives this passionate realtor purpose. And for David Johnston, passion + purpose = another 20 successful years.
