Welcome! I’m so glad you found me! I feel like real estate is a very personal business - and I treat it as such. And before you select who you are going to work with, you probably want to know a bit more information about that person. So…here it goes! I am a full-time Realtor® and as a long-time resident of Ayr, I'm passionate about our community! I've lived in Ayr and surrounding areas my entire life -- Ayr since 1980. I have raised my three children here and you will see me around town walking my dog, Heidi or hitting the trails for a jog or bike ride. You will run into me at the Tim Horton’s line in Ayr and most certainly in Ayr’s Foodland. I love to support our local businesses in any way that I can! I am a long-standing volunteer in our community, involved in the following projects (both past and present): Family Counselling Centre of Cambridge & North Dumfries North Dumfries Family Resource Centre North Dumfries Co-operative Preschool Ayr Minor Hockey Association Ayr Minor Hockey Moms Centre For the Community Group Fresh Ayr Festival I am an active sponsor in our communities as well! You may see my name on hockey jerseys, ringette sponsorships, free family skating days, raffle prize donations…just to name a few! I love giving back to a community that has given me so much over the years. Throughout my career, I have also helped manage a successful renovation business and I have long dabbled in Real Estate by buying investment properties, vacant land and "flipping houses”. Real Estate just seemed like the ideal fit for me. I absolutely love my job and community, I feel privileged to work and live in the same community where I raise my family and enjoy life. I help welcome some of Ayr's newest residents and often assist them long after their closing date with community involvement, questions, and information.
