Muhammad Bhatda is a licensed real estate agent who takes pride in his work ethic and the high quality service he provides to his clients. Muhammad was born in Pakistan, lived in Texas, and then eventually made his way to Ontario. His interest in real estate and core values of hard work and honesty stem from a childhood filled with watching his father develop properties in Karachi. In 2020, Muhammad successfully completed his BBA Degree - Advanced Major in Finance, from St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Shortly after graduation, Muhammad alongside his business partner, was able to acquire his first investment property, a pre-construction townhouse in the Greater Toronto Area. After a year of working as a Risk Analyst, and acquiring two more investment properties, Muhammad realized that his ever-growing passion for real estate and entrepreneurship quickly outgrew his desire to work in the corporate world. Now, Muhammad focuses on providing the ultimate real estate experience for any buyers, sellers, investors and/or developers in order to help achieve their real estate goals. In his spare time he enjoys hanging out with family and friends, watching sports, and going to the gym.
