Ann moved to Whistler in 1977, when few people had heard of the village and the only access to skiing was from the Creekside of Whistler Mountain. She wanted an alternative to the business world of Toronto, & moved west to create her own pressures and direction. Ann's desire to own her own real estate company came to fruition in 1985, when she purchased Sea to Sky Real Estate (founded in 1978). Today she also owns offices in Squamish & Pemberton.
