Sara Topolgus
About Sara- Client Satisfaction is my Priority
My Promise:
I believe Real Estate is more about the people than the properties. My mission is simple; provide superior service to every client– whether you are buying or selling. I have a solid background in Finance, Legal Contracts, and Lending. I combine this knowledge, with my experience in purchasing and selling properties, along with my personal promise to communicate every step of the way, to achieve this mission.
My enthusiasm for real estate stems from finding the buying client the best property for their needs and lifestyle for a bright future. For the selling client, I study and communicate the current market conditions to determine the best choice for their property; sell, lease, or renovate to obtain their financial goal and fit.
My Background:
I am a third generation Bloomington, IN native and a true local.
After graduating from IU Maurer School of Law and University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy, my corporate law experience focused on negotiating contracts. This allowed me to represent vast and varying clients where I learned client experience and trust is what matters the most. In 2005, I was fortunate to return to Bloomington to become the Small Business manager and legal counsel for my family physician practice. Additionally, my husband and I own and manage a commercial steel distribution and construction company. For fun, we find and renovate historic properties that need TLC and enjoy enhancing Bloomington’s community in Monroe and Lawrence Counties.
Fun Facts:
Anyone who knows me knows I am a dog lover. Currently we have 2 mini dachshunds and 2 mini Australian shepherds.
Our hobby is finding and renovating historic properties in Bloomington. We started in the Elm Heights neighborhood, next to the Covenanter neighborhood, and were currently renovating in the Matlock Heights Historic District.
