I’ve been a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker since 1992 and have experienced the many ups and downs of the industry over the years. For many years I was the Employing Broker/Owner at One Premier Properties Limited. I’ve also served for two years as President of the Spanish Peaks MLS and was on the board for four years.
From 1968 to 1974 I served in the United States Army and Army Reserve based with the 88th ARCOM at Ft. Snelling, Minnesota. During those years, I spent time at Ft. Carson for summer training and got to know Colorado Springs for the first time.
Before focusing solely on real estate, I worked as an independent general contractor and homebuilder. I was President and CEO of Coloradobuilder, LLC, where I specialized in custom design, homebuilding, framing, and excavating. I developed and built hundreds of residential and commercial properties throughout Ft. Collins, Windsor, Loveland, and Longmont. I was also licensed and insured as a general contractor in Trinidad and Las Animas County under the name Fishers Peak Construction, a company I retired in 2024.
In addition, I developed and operated Las Animas County Storage, a gated, temperature-controlled, and secured self-storage facility in Trinidad, which I sold in 2024.
My background allows me to advise clients on a wide range of topics—from residential and commercial properties to land and ranch opportunities. I also bring a unique perspective from my 11 years in the investment banking industry, where I served as President and CEO of Capital Securities Group, Inc., a brokerage firm registered in 43 states.
