MONICA TIMMS
Monica Timms stays true to her mantra that her business is “All about you!” Since 1999, she has defied the real estate stereotype by offering personalized, holistic guidance that addresses both the contractual and human sides of each transaction. Her thoughtful approach builds genuine relationships that often extend far beyond closing day. As a result, her business thrives on repeat and referral clients, supported by a trusted network of vendors who help streamline the process.
Monica’s belief that everyone deserves a joyful and comprehensive real estate experience led her to co-found ArtisTree Real Estate with fellow top agent Ruhi Alikhan in 2022.
Known for her strategic mindset, Monica takes time to understand each client’s unique goals. She creates actionable plans, sets clear expectations, and helps clients navigate obstacles with care and clarity. Her top priority is ensuring that clients fully understand the long-term implications of their investments—even when they fall in love with homes that might raise red flags in the future.
Before becoming a full-time agent in 2007, Monica spent years in finance, sales, HR management, and hospitality, and worked in title and escrow for six years. This diverse background gives her the marketing savvy, people skills, and transactional insight to provide a truly seamless experience. Her strong relationships with industry peers further enhance her ability to deliver smooth and stress-free closings.
A Tri-Valley resident for over 40 years, Monica has lived in Danville South, Westside Alamo, Bollinger Hills, and Roundhill and Diablo country clubs. She now resides in Danville with her daughter, Mia, and their beloved dog, Shadow.
