For the past 20 years I have been in the hospitality industry working in sales and marketing for Hilton Hotels and Resorts globally. Most recently I was a Brand Director up until the pandemic. After taking some time to re-evaluate my life and stepping off the hamster wheel, I decided to follow my passion, which is real estate.
The Hospitality Industry taught me a great deal about customer service, the art of the negotiation and no sale is ever final. A few items I still incorporate into the way I do business is, always return a phone call/email in the same business day, be honest even if you do not know the answer, give the customer options, know your product and never make promises you can't keep.
