I am Margott Skeen, Director of Technology, Marketing, and Agent Success at RE/MAX SKY in Downey, CA, serving the greater Los Angeles County area. As a Certified MaxTech Trainer, I provide our agents with cutting-edge technology solutions, innovative marketing strategies, and professional training resources designed to enhance their growth and empower them to deliver exceptional service to clients. In this role, I develop and lead comprehensive training programs, streamline office operations, and implement forward-thinking marketing initiatives that drive success at every stage of an agent’s career.
With more than 15 years of experience in real estate marketing and strategic planning, I bring a unique perspective gained through owning and operating my own marketing and planning firm prior to joining RE/MAX SKY. I also spent 7 years as a Deputy Trade Commissioner for the Trade Department of Mexico, specializing in international trade, marketing, and product management. These experiences have provided me with a strong foundation in business development, strategic growth, and leadership—all of which I now dedicate to supporting the success of our agents.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Finance Investments, Financial Management, Real Estate, and Business Law from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). With this background, I am committed to fostering a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment where agents can thrive. My mission is to provide professionals with the tools, strategies, and confidence they need to maximize productivity, strengthen their personal brands, and achieve outstanding results.
