Twenty-four years ago, while residing in the San Francisco Bay Area, I took a trip to visit a friend who used to live in a small town in the Illinois River Valley n Southern Oregon. I found this Valley to be one of the most beautiful and peaceful places that I had ever visited. There is wonderful clean air, water, lots of trees, pastures, flowers, and wildlife. Throughout the whole valley we found several rivers, creeks, and the Oregon Caves National Monument. After returning from this trip, my whole family moved to this incredible location of peace and beauty. My husband and I are very happy that we no longer endure commuting or traffic jams, and instead enjoy a beautiful and peaceful life.
