As year round residents, they have been active in the community since 1971. Victoria started her career in real estate with Deltona, the original developer of Marco Island. Phil has volunteered with the Marco Island Jaycees, served as Scoutmaster, and is a member of the Knights of Columbus. They both continue to volunteer at San Marco Catholic Church.
The Josbergers have extensive experience guiding international customers through the process of buying and selling. Having participated in real estate trade shows in London and Munich, they have helped customers from Europe, Canada, and the Caribbean realize their dreams.
Both Phil and Victoria have earned industry distinctions including membership in the Leading Edge Society, Presidents Circle, and the Chairman’s Circle. Victoria achieved Realtor Emeritus in 2017 with the National Association of Realtors.
They have also earned important industry designations including: Signature Property Specialist, International Marketing Specialist, Certified Site Agent, and have undergone commercial real estate training.
They are supporting members of the Marco Island Chamber of Commerce, Marco Island Civic association, and the Marco Island Art League.
Having been on the Island close to 50 years they have received the "Old Timer's” Award.
