My Real Estate career began in 2002 in West Palm Beach, Florida where I specialized with first time buyers and investors. After moving to Viera, Florida in 2008 I added greatly to my experience and area knowledge by focusing in New Construction Sales. I am now blessed to have diverse experience in all aspects of real estate transactions throughout the Space Coast working with buyers and sellers alike adding empty nesters, second home purchasers and Luxury Estate buyers to my resume. With a background also as a Mortgage broker, I understand the home buying process and qualifications it takes for a smooth transaction. Problem solving, listening, and patience are all skills I learned as a mom which have carried over into my professional life. I pride myself on my excellent customer service, my positive attitude and my determination for success. I am hard working and have been in Sales for 30 years, previously running a successful Office Coffee Service business in South Florida. Quickly becoming known as "The Coffee Lady that sells homes" I found a way to blend my two passions. I am a Full time Real Estate Professional who raised a fabulous daughter, Alexia (now grown and flown!), who is certainly my "Why" and drives me to be a better person everyday. During the past ten years I have given back over 800 hours to community involvement and volunteerism in Brevard County.
