35 years in the Real Estate and Real Estate related fields. Started in Boulder, CO in 1981. During the market downturn in 1984 I moved to Marin County, CA and started the real estate licensing process in California. During this time I worked for Lincoln Property Managment as an on site property manager, Residential Research Appraisal and subsequently TRW Appraisal Services as both an appraiser and account manager.
In 1988 I transitioned into the mortgage business in Mill Valley, CA learning the private lending and brokerage business.
In 1990 I received my California Brokers License and in 1991 I opened my own lending & real estate business. Baywide Financial Services Inc. incorporated in 1997 which expanded to include the ownership and operation of the RE/MAX Baywide franchises for Novato, Petaluma and Sonoma, as well as our lending arm, Baywide Home Loans. I have extensive experience in working closely with both experienced & first time homebuyers & sellers, negotiation, investment property ownership, house flipping, remodeling and property maintenance. My wife and I have personally owned, traded and sold multiple flip homes, rental properties and second homes.
