Walter Borgen has lived in the Daytona Beach area for most of his life. Walter started his real estate career in his early 20s as a part time wholesale real estate investor. Quickly Walter became fascinated with real estate sales and began listing and selling real estate full time as a Realtor. His marketing techniques and commitment to excellence lead him to build one of Nation's top real estate teams closing 100s of real estate transactions. In late 2005, Walter opened RE/MAX Signature in Daytona Beach and quickly became one of the leading local companies by focusing on assisting agents in becoming more profitable and productive. Walter has lead RE/MAX Signature to close more than $1 Billion in local real estate sales. Walter was awarded the RE/MAX Florida Regions Multi Office Brokerage of the year and Voted Best Real Estate Broker by the Hometown News. Walter has been recognized and awarded as a member of RE/MAX’s Executive Club, 100% Club, Platinum Club, a Catalyst Broker and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
