It was 35 years ago that I would help my employer captain a boat from the New Jersey shore to Punta Gorda. It was then I knew I would someday make this my home. My wife and I have lived here for over 30 years.
I have been a realtor with RE/MAX Harbor for 20 years. I served on the board of realtor's ethics committee and as the board of realtor president in 2014. I know this area well and in my previous job inspected many of the Charlotte County homes. I have a history of working in construction while living in NJ with my family and can lend my knowledge when it comes to buying or selling a home.
