Paula gained valuable insight to the success of hundreds of high performing real estate professionals during her role as Franchise Sales Director with RE/MAX in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. She then assisted several new owners in launching their real estate brokerage offices after obtaining the RE/MAX Broker/Owner Management Certification.
Paula has earned The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Million Dollar GUILD™ recognition for experience, knowledge, and expertise in million-dollar and above residential properties. In 2019, after her first year as a REALTOR®, Paula was recognized for her success by being nominated by her clients, colleagues and friends and placing 3rd in the Best of C-Ville REALTOR category.
Paula supports many non-profits and serves on the Board of Ronald McDonald House Charities in Charlottesville.
She has a deep appreciation for all that makes the central Virginia area so unique. Paula enjoys being in nature while hiking and kayaking as well as feasting on our bounty of food and libations from local farms and purveyors of fine Virginia products.
