Hi, I'm Kelly Roche and I have been a full-time realtor/associate broker for 7 years. I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of my buyer and seller clients over the last few years, including 50+ clients in 2023.
Growing up in a small town near Letchworth Park, attending SUNY Geneseo, and living in Fairport NY, I cover many counties and markets and I am fortunate to know the ins and outs of each one. The main focus of my business is residential, so day in and day out I am helping first-time home buyers, relocation clients, investors, clients that are upsizing/downsizing, and vacation homes on the Finger Lakes.
I am big on transparency and education with my buyers and sellers. I tell it how it is and will always give the good, bad, and ugly on how scenarios can play out through the buying and selling process.

I am also a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS). I am active in our local real estate community by serving on multiple boards.
When I am not selling real estate, I am big on family time. My husband and I love spending time with our dog, cat and horse. You can also find me at the gym, support local restaurants or stopping in at a local winery or brewery.
