Since starting my real estate career over 38 years ago, I have worked to understand from both buyers and sellers the questions that surround their decision-making process. Through my extensive marketing background and ability to anticipate the driving forces of Sarasota’s real estate market, I assist clients in finding a buyer for their home or the home desired. I value creating a unique relationship with every client through patience conversation that leads to a clear understanding of how I may best serve them. As a result, I have a proven record of directly impacting client home satisfaction and facilitating smooth transactions by applying refined management, selling, and negotiation talents.
Before transitioning to the real estate industry, I studied Hotel and Restaurant Management at Florida International University in Miami, working in Hospitality, while earning my bachelor’s degree. Today I still carry and utilize the knowledge, service practice skills of always aiming for seamless service to enhance the guest experience. While managing restaurants in LA and San Diego, I led a marketing course at a local college teaching students to anticipate customer needs and exceed their expectations. I attribute this experience to my strong communication skills and my ability to foster strong client relationships.
My interests include spending time with my wife of 31 years (Darasy) and our two children, Leonard IV (29) Harvard Law class of 2023 and Alana (28) Emory class of 2020. Yes, I still retain my culinary cooking and dining interests both here in Sarasota and wherever our travels take us.
