I will not only search for homes that meet your needs but will also provide recommendations for other professionals that you may need, including financing and legal representation. As a first time buyer, I will also make sure that you understand the entire home buying process and will walk you through every step of the way. I do not ask my buyers to sign an exclusive right to represent contract. All is ask is that we work together until we find the right property for you and your family. Speaking of my services you may ask what do I charge? The answer is simple. I get paid by the seller at the closing table. My services to you are gratis.
