In my first year at Century 21, I sold ten properties, "Top New Agent" & "Phoenix Award," 5 Mil in sales. I wanted to learn more and create a solid business foundation, so I joined RE/MAX of Georgia. Years ago, RE/MAX would only invite agents licensed with at least five years of sales experience. Privileged and welcomed to an office ranked number three in Georgia. Being a young agent gave me personal access to all of the top agents in my office. They shared a wealth of knowledge and experiences. Learning and training in this unique incubator aided me in mastering how to sell. Thirty years later, as a RE/MAX Realtor, I have been awarded the Executive Club, 100% Club, Platinum Club, & Chairman's Club awards totaling over 100 million dollars in sales. I've sold Special-Use property. Bosstown Studios, Jam Studios, The Justice Estate [Atlanta Braves], The Holmes Estate, Glady's & Ron's Chicken and Waffles, and Chevron Service Center. I also represent several real estate investors. 2019, I affiliated with RE/MAX Partners in Spring, TX. This decision has furthered my ability to maintain a successful real estate business. Being a Market Leader keeps me abreast of all market conditions and changes to serve my clients better. When the sale renders precisely what my client wants, it's a "Win-Win" for them.
