Brie Nicholson
Originally from rural Southern California, Brie Nicholson found her passion for agriculture and horses early in life. As a teenager, she began training horses, work that followed her to San Luis Obispo when she attended Cal Poly and built a small training business of her own. After earning a graduate degree out of state, she returned to SLO County as quickly as she could because for Brie, there’s simply no place better than the Central Coast to call home.
She married a local fifth-generation cattle rancher, and together they’re raising their two boys on one of the family ranches in Morro Bay. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Brie spent time as a cattle market reporter for the USDA, then she spent over a decade as a lead buyer for Riding Warehouse, a large e-commerce retailer based out of SLO. She also owned a tack and saddle consignment business, catering exclusively to SLO County’s horse community.
These roles sharpened her skills in negotiation, market analysis, and customer service, tools she now uses to guide her real estate clients with care, clarity, and professionalism.
Brie is proud to call San Luis Obispo County home and honored to help others do the same. Whether someone is looking for land, a place to plant roots, or a fresh start in one of the most beautiful corners of California, Brie is here to help. With deep ties to agriculture, rural living, and the Central Coast community, she’s committed to making each real estate journey a grounded and rewarding experience.
