exposed concrete wall, barely perforated, which is taken to the curve of the terrain and is the great architectural gesture of the Project.- This large vertical plane is perforated by vain strategically embedded in its surface, which allow to sift the light and the sun , that penetrate from the North, in all the house.
The concrete wall is not only the great compositional element that arms the operation of the plant, but structurally, from it hang as trays, the slabs of the three floors that make up the house, that towards the side of the lagoon, are sewn by an absolutely glazed façade, open to the landscape, divided in two by the water plane of the pool, which goes into the volume of the house and constitutes a continuation of the lagoon.-
The house is in constant contact with the surrounding landscape, either through the openings in the concrete wall, the English courtyards of the subsoil or through all the semi-covered spaces under slabs or under wooden pergolas, which continue the interior space abroad.-
This same effect is achieved with huge overhead light inputs in strategic sectors such as the staircase, toillete, the main bathroom and the boys' restrooms.
